FAST SHIPPING

Our handcrafted phone cases require 2-3 business days for production, and shipping within the USA typically takes 5-7 business days, so you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility; tracking becomes active after shipping.

We currently ship within the USA only and do not offer international shipping, and we provide free shipping on domestic orders over $100.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items include: All Final Sale items, subscription items, exclusive mystery box phone cases.

OUR GUARANTEE

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly provide a store credit for defective merchandise so long as you contact us within 35 days from the original shipping date and provide a short video (less than 15 seconds) and photo of the damage to your item. Your video and photo must provide clear and visible evidence of the defect or damage. 

To be eligible for store credit for your return, your case(s) must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, or defective and in the same condition that you received it. 

If any part of your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a printing error, please email [sales @ armorofgodbrand.co] with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

Once the order for your item is verified and confirmed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be emailed to you within 5-10 business days of approval.

EXCHANGES

We only provide store credit for items if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged. We do not provide exchanges. However, in the event of a printing error or printing issue, we will issue the same item so long as you provide evidence of the defect or damage.

30 DAY WARRANTY

What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

No worries! All of our phone cases and accessories have a 30-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Three Exceptions:

We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged case. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
