Refund policy

The short version

If we got it wrong, we fix it free. If the size is wrong, we cannot swap it, because your piece was made for your order and not pulled from a shelf.

Damaged, defective or misprinted

Email sales@armorofgodbrand.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

We send a replacement free. You keep the original. There is no return shipping and no form to fill out.

Wrong size

We do not offer size exchanges. Every piece is produced after you order it, so there is no stock to swap into.

This is why we put the size guide on every product page and ask you to check it before ordering. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, for the same reason.

Wrong address

If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you cover the reshipping. Check your address at checkout.

Order cancellation

Email us as fast as you can. If production has not started we can cancel and refund in full. Once it is in production we cannot stop it.
