RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Every Armor of God Brand product is made to order. Each piece is created specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
To report a defective item, reach out through our Contact Page with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item (different product or size than what you ordered), contact us within 14 days and we will ship the correct item to you at no charge.
SHIPPING
Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Reach out through our Contact Page as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel before production starts.
