Shipping policy

Everything is made to order

We do not keep stock in a warehouse. Your piece gets produced after you place the order. That is why we release in drops instead of listing everything all year.

How long it takes

Production runs 3 to 7 business days for embroidered items. Printed items are usually faster.

After that, shipping takes 3 to 8 business days inside the United States on standard delivery.

So a typical order lands somewhere between 6 and 15 business days from the day you order. Holidays and weather can add time.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories where carriers deliver.

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US, join the email list and we will say so when that changes.

Orders are produced and fulfilled in the United States.

Shipping cost

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart. You see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. If the tracking has not moved in a week, email us and we will chase it.
