Made after you order

Our apparel and accessories are made to order. Production happens before shipping. Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production can take longer during busy periods or if an item needs additional review.

Delivery and shipping charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the item, destination, and carrier. Add production time to the shipping estimate when planning for an arrival date.

Any free-shipping offer applies only when it appears in your checkout total. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is sent when your package ships. Check your delivery address before placing your order. If it needs correcting, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins. Reshipping charges may apply when an address is incorrect or incomplete.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

Contact us with your order number. For a damaged item, include a description of the problem and we will explain how to provide photos. Report delivery problems as soon as you notice them so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
