Our frequently asked questions:

What should I do if my item has been damaged or misprinted?

No worries! All of our merch has a 30-day warranty, which means we’ll work with our providers to replace the damaged item within 30 days from the time of purchase. To initiate the process, please email us and we will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Three exceptions:

  1. We can only propose a solution if you provide a video of the damaged merch.
  2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
  3. If the item appears to be worn, tampered with, or washed, we can't replace the item.

We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please email us to start the return/exchange process. We will handle the issue ASAP!

Can I return or exchange my mystery item purchase?

Due to the nature of our mystery items, they are final sale. If the mystery item you received is damaged or defective, feel free to reach out. We'll be happy to help!
