Your piece gets produced after you order it, then ships from the United States. Production runs 3 to 7 business days for embroidered items. Standard transit adds 3 to 8 business days.
If it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email a photo within 30 days. We replace it free and you keep the original.
Because pieces are made to order rather than pulled from stock, we cannot swap a wrong size. Check the size chart before you order.
