ORDER TRACKING

Will I track my order? How do I find my tracking link? Why are some tracking updates slow?

Yes. Tracking updates are available after your item ships. Check your email for the shipping confirmation. Open the link inside to see live updates. Tracking refreshes as the carrier scans the parcel.

Economy routes get fewer scans. Weekend pickups slow updates. High-volume seasons slow carrier systems. Parcels still move even when scans pause.

SHIP TIME

How fast do items ship? How long does delivery take? Which carriers deliver?

Most products ship within 1–3 business days. Some items need a bit longer during busy seasons. USA: 4–5 business days. No international shipping at this time. Shipments move through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carrier partners based on route and weight.

My order should be here today, but it’s not. What now?

Give the carrier two business days. Check the tracking link for updates. If nothing changes, reach out through our contact page.

SHIPPING DELAY ISSUES

My package shows “delivered,” but nothing arrived.

Check your mailbox, door, and neighbors. Wait 24 hours. Then reach out through our contact page.

My order is stuck in transit.

Items with no movement for 30 days in the USA may qualify for a remake review. Please email us and we'll get in touch with our provider.
