MADE TO ORDER

What does "made to order" mean?

Every Armor of God Brand product is created specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is printed, quality-checked, and shipped directly to you.

Why does it take longer than other brands?

Because each item is made fresh for your order, production takes 2-5 business days before shipping. This means better quality and less waste.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

How long does delivery take?

After production (2-5 business days), shipping takes 5-8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 7-13 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only.

ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your item ships. Open the link to see live updates. Tracking refreshes as the carrier scans the parcel.

Why are my tracking updates slow?

Some routes get fewer scans. Weekend pickups and high-volume seasons can slow carrier systems. Your parcel is still moving even when scans pause.

SHIPPING ISSUES

My package shows "delivered" but nothing arrived.

Check your mailbox, front door, and with neighbors. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If still missing, reach out through our Contact Page.

My order is stuck in transit.

Items with no tracking movement for 30 days in the USA may qualify for a remake review. Reach out through our Contact Page and we will work with our production partner to resolve it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, reach out through our Contact Page within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received a different product or size than what you ordered, reach out through our Contact Page within 14 days and we will ship the correct item at no charge.

SIZING

What sizes do you carry?

All products are available in sizes 2XS through 6XL. Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.

What if I order the wrong size?

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges for wrong size selection. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, reach out through our Contact Page before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Reach out through our Contact Page as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel before production starts.
