All shipping cutoff dates are based on our best estimates. Courier delays are beyond our control, so we are unable to guarantee an arrival date.
HOLIDAY FAQ
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our phone cases are individually crafted with care and precision. Each case is handmade and printed to order, requiring 3 business days for production. Delivery time is approximately 5-8 business days, depending on your location.
From order to delivery (including production time), you should expect your phone case(s) to arrive within 7 to 11 calendar days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information becomes active only after the package leaves our production facilities.
If you receive a delivery notice but didn’t receive your package, it typically arrives within a few days. If it doesn’t, please contact your local postal carrier and provide them with the tracking information.
What if my package is missing?
While Armor of God Brand is not responsible for lost packages, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. In the event of a lost package:
- We will either replace the order if there is a misprint or issue store credit for the purchase price. Refunds are not provided for packages considered lost in transit.
- Please contact us at sales"at"armorofgodbrand.co with your order number and verifiable information from your shipper or postal carrier.
We recommend contacting your local carrier first for additional details before reaching out.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not at this time.
What are your shipping rates and methods?
We offer the following shipping options within the USA:
- Economy Shipping: $Varies (4-8 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $Varies (2-5 business days)
Please note that shipping estimates do not include the 3 business days needed for production.
Can I still receive my order by Christmas after the cutoff dates?
We’ll do our best to get orders placed after the cutoff dates delivered before Christmas, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Why might my order take longer?
During the busy holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We’re working hard to ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays, incorrect addresses, or extreme weather conditions may affect delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally due to customs, duty requirements, and postal service delays that are beyond our control.
